Annie Calovich is the garden writer for The Wichita Eagle and writes a regular column called "Bit of Earth." She is a journalism graduate from the University of Kansas. When not pounding the keyboard, Annie likes to scratch in her own 'bit of earth,' where she says she grows a little bit of everything and lots of weeds.
