I'm not a bird watcher, but if there was ever a book that would encourage me to take up the art of birding, it is the brand-new Lone Pine publication, Birds of Alberta…the coloured illustrations are beautiful and highly detailed. For the art alone, the book is well worth having.It is tough to find any reason why you shouldn't own this book, above all other Alberta bird books.
